1/4 c mayo
1 T creole mustard
1 T ketchup
1 t horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T lemon juice
1 t capers, drained & patted dry
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 t cayenne pepper
14 t paprika
dash of hot sauce to taste
Blend all ingredients & refrigerate until serving time.
