1 gallon Apple cider
1 gallon Apple juice
3 c sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
2 t cinnamon
2 t nutmeg
1 - 5th & 1 1/2 pint Everclear ( if you use a 1/2 gallon, add 1 quart water)
Bring the 1st 6 ingredients to a boil in large pot. Boil 5 -10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate overnight. Add Alcohol and store in the refrigerator in mason jars. (Serve with a sliced Apple garnish in the glass.)
