Spaghetti Fruit Salad: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 17 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

1 c 10x sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/2 lb spaghetti, broken
1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, with juice
3 medium tart apples, diced
1 - 8oz Kool Whip
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
cherry halves

Cooking Instructions:

In saucepan, mix sugar, eggs & salt. Stir over medium heat until temperature reaches 160 degrees and is thickened (about 4 minutes).

Cook spaghetti; drain & rinse in cold water.

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Pour juice over spaghetti & stir in apples. Stir in egg mixture & pineapple.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Fold in Kool Whip just before serving.

Garnish with walnuts and cherries.
