2-lbs ground turkey
1.5 t salt
1 t dried sage
1 t pepper
1/2 t ground ginger
12 t cayenne

Cooking Instructions:

Mix seasonings and combine with ground turkey. Shape into 2.5 in patties. Fry 4-6 minutes on each side.
