1-29oz can of pumpkin puree
1 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c honey
Juice of 1 lemon (3 T)
1 T apple cider vinegar
3/4 t apple pie or pumpkin pie spice

Cooking Instructions:

Spray crock pot with Pam. Pour in all ingredients and mix well. Cover & cook on high for 2 hours. Remove lid and cook on high 30 min - 1 hour longer to thicken.
