Green papaya, shredded
handful of green beans, halved
1.5-2 limes, squeezed
3 cloves of garlic
Thai chili peppers
chopped peanuts
red pepper flakes
cherry tomatoes
2 T Fish sauce
1-2 T sugar
Chop garlic & peppers. Add chopped peanuts. Add lime juice & tomatoes and chop. Add green beans and chop. Add papaya and chop.
Season with fish sauce and sugar. Adjust ingredients to taste.
