Korean Meatballs: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 20 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

1-lb ground pork
1 t salt
1 T minced ginger
1/4 onion, minced
1 T cornstarch
1/3 c water
1 T red pepper paste
1 T rice wine vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1 pkg Sweet & Low (or sugar)
2 jalapenos, seeded & chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Mix pork with onion, salt, ginger, onion & cornstarch. Roll into 3/4 in balls. Roll balls into additional cornstarch. Fry meatballs in oil. Remove meatballs from pan.

In separate pan, mix remaining ingredients, except jalapenos, and add meatballs. Bring to boil til thickened. Add jalapenos and briefly cook another minute or two.
