1.5 lbs lean pork tenderloin

Marinade:
2 T peanut butter
2 T ground coriander (cumin)
1/8 t cayenne
1/4 t pepper
1 clove garlic
2 T chopped onion
1 t salt
1 T brown sugar
3 T lime juice
14 c soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Mix marinade ingredients. Reserve some of the marinade (for basting during grilling) and marinade the pork tenderloin overnight.

Drain & grill pork, basting with reserved marinade.

(Cook's note: You can also use this marinade to grill chicken or beef.)
