Shirley's Crab & Shrimp Soup: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 22 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint half & half
3 c milk
1-3 T Old Bay, depending on taste
Dash of sherry

1-lb crabmeat
1.5 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 stick butter

Cooking Instructions:

Simmer all ingredients except crab & shrimp for 2 or more hours in crock pot until hot.

When ready to serve, saute crab meat and shrimp in butter for 20 minutes. Add to crock pot.

(Cook's Note: Sauteing and adding the seafood to the crock pot as the last step before serving, keeps the seafood intact and prevents overcooking)
