Garry's Vidalia Onion Dip: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 28 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

2 c oniions, sliced (not chopped!)
2 c mayo
2 c swiss cheese

2 T parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the first 3 ingredients and put in a 9 inch pie dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake covered at 350 degrees until brown, about 1 hour.

Serve with crackers or sliced fresh French bread.
