1 rotisserie chicken, skinned, deboned & shredded
8 is cream cheese1 c Frank's hot sauce
1 c bottled Ranch dressing
1 c shredded cheese
blue cheese crumbles
Mix the fist 5 ingredients. Pour into baking dish.
Top with blue cheese crumbles.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
(Cook's note: This is 1 of two other Buffalo Chicken Dip recipes I have posted to this site, and this one uses prebought rotisserie chicken. Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip uses 2 (10oz) cans of chicken; Garry's Buffalo Chicken Dip uses 4 cooked & shredded chicken breasts. Try them all and decide for yourself which one you like the best!)
