8-12 potatoes, cooked & sliced (with skins on)
10 slices of bacon
3-5 T bacon grease,
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
3 t salt
3 T flour
2/3 c sugar
2/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 t pepper
1 1/3 c water


Cooking Instructions:

Fry bacon & crumble. Reserve grease & set aside bacon.

Saute onions & celery in bacon grease. Add salt & flour, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.

Add sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper & water.

Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thickened.

Add cooked, sliced potatoes to hot dressing & stir gently.

Serve hot or cold. Refrigerate any leftovers.
