Mexican Fudge (Mrs Renfro's): Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 30 Oct 2015 Ingredients:

1- lb cheddar cheese, grated & divided
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 jar (4 oz) Mrs Renfro's green salsa

Cooking Instructions:

Spread half of the grated cheddar on a 9x11 baking dish.
Combine the 3 beaten eggs with the green salsa.
Spread remaining shredded cheddar on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve on tortilla chips.
