1.5 lbs ground beef
1 egg
2 green onions (or chopped sweet onion)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 T yellow mustard
Gravy:
1 jar of beef gravy
1/2 c. water
2-3 t. prepared horseradish sauce
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh is best, but canned and drained are ok!)
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and form 4-6 hamburger patties. Fry in pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add all of the gravy ingredients to the pan and cook 5 more minutes.
Serve with cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
