2- 64oz White Grape Peach Juice
2-15oz cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
2.3-3 c sugar
6-7 cinnamon sticks
1- 750ml bottle Everclear
1- 750ml bottle Peach Schnapps

Cooking Instructions:

Bring peaches, syrup, sugar and cinnamon to boil in a large pot. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes - 1 hour. Remove cinnamon & cool to room temperature.

Add Schnapps & Everclear; Stir well. Strain mixture through cheesecloth, reserving peaches. Ladle into mason jars. Divide peaches between jars.

Yield: 12-14 pints or 6-7 quart sized jars
