Brussels Sprout Gratin: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 3 Dec 2015 Ingredients:

1-lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed & shaved crosswise into 1/8 in thick slices
3/4 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 T flour
1 t fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
Kosher salt & cracked pepper
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
3/4 c grated parmesan
1-2 T evoo
1 T chopped fresh parsley (to garnish)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients & season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine and transfer sprouts into 8 in square baking dish, packing it in. Pour cream evenly over top of sprouts.

In small bowl, combine panko, parmesan, and evoo & pour over sprouts mixture. Bake uncovered, until tender, about 25 - 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
