For the cake:
1- yellow cake mix
1 small vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/3 c oil
20 oz can of crushed pineapple, divided
For the glaze:
1/4 c butter
3/4 c crushed pineapple
2 c 10x sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour bundt pan. Set aside 3/4 c pineapple for the glaze.
In large bowl, combine 1st 4 ingredients for the cake, and the remaining pineapple. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool.
For the glaze:
Melt butter; Add the 3/4 c of pineapple and 10x sugar. Stir until dissolved. Spoon glaze over cooked cake.
(Cook's note: I love anything in a bundt pan! If you really want more pineapple taste, use a pineapple cake mix!)
