3 large eggs
1/8 t cream of tartar (a pinch)
3 oz cream cheese, not softened
1 package of stevia
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Separate egg whites & yolks.
Add cream cheese and stevia to yolks.
In separate bowl, whip whites & tartar until stiff. With spatula, fold egg yolks into egg whites, being careful not to break down.
On a Pam sprayed cookie sheet, spoon egg mixture into 6 mounds. Flatten slightly.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
(Cook's Note: This is an old Adkins low carb bread with each piece being about 85 calories and .6 carbs! You can also add garlic and/or Parmesan cheese.)
