Chicken Breasts in Wine Sauce (Microwaved): Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 26 Mar 2015 Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 can of drained, sliced mushrooms
3 medium carrots, peeled & sliced thin
1/4 c wine (or milk)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (cream of celery or cream of chicken is ok)
1 T sherry

Cooking Instructions:

Arrange chicken breasts in microwave proof casserole dish. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper to taste. Top chicken with mushrooms & carrots. Mix wine & soup together and spoon on top of ingredients. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 12-15 minutes.

Serve with brown or wild rice.

(This recipe turns out great every time in the microwave and is a family favorite!)
