1 c smoked pork, shredded
2/3 c ham, chopped
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
6 oz Swiss cheese, shredded & divided
1/4 c low-fat sour cream
1 T light mayo
3 T yellow mustard, divided
1 T ground mustard (brown or Dijon is ok)
1/2 c chopped dill pickles, divided
1/2 T dry onion soup mix
1/2 c chopped green onions
chopped jalapenos (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, mix pork, ham, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, 2 T yellow mustard, ground mustard, onion soup mix, 1/4 c pickles & 3 oz Swiss cheese. Mix with blender until combined. Spread into oven proof baking dish.

Spread remaining mustard & pickles on top. Top with remaining Swiss cheese.

Bale 20-25 minutes until golden and edges are bubbling.

Top with green onion. Serve with Cuban bread, rye bread, or crackers.
