1- 1l thick bacon
brown sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Coat bacon with brown sugar & press sugar on both sides of bacon.

Lay bacon on an oiled rack placed over a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake, rotating half-way through, until crisp (About 1 hour)

Transfer to plate to cool.

(Cook's note: I also like to add freshly cracked black pepper!)
