1 - 14oz can Dulce de Leche
1 - 14oz bag of sweetened shredded coconut

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix both ingredients. Spoon mixture into 8 mounds on parchment paper.

Bake 15 minutes, till browned.

(Cook's Note: If you can't find Dulce de Leche, you can make your own caramel sauce! Put an unopened can of sweetened condensed milk in a crock pot. Put just enough water to cover can to 1/2 inch on can. Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Cool completely before opening can.)
