1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla (optional)
4 eggs
1 (20 oz)can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 in baking dish.

In medium bowl, cream butter, vanilla & sugar.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Add pineapple & bread.

Bake fir 1 hour. Let sit a couple of minutes before serving.
