3/4 c fat-free sour cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened (I used low fat!)
1 c celery, finely chopped
1/2 c minced chives
1/4 c fat free Thousand Island dressing
3/4 t salt
1 (8oz) container of lump crabmeat, drained & picked
chopped chives, optional garnish
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a large bowl.
Stir in celery, 1/4 c chives, dressing & salt.
Gently fold in crabmeat. Garnish with additional chives if deserved.
