Crab Canapes: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 15 Apr 2016 Ingredients:

1 can (6.5 oz) crabmeat, picked
1/2 c mayo
1/4 c grated cheddar cheese
2 T finely diced onion
1 T parsley
1 t white horseradish
1 t catsup
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste

20 Melba crackers or mini party bread slices

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except crackers or bread) & mix well.

Heap (slightly less that a T) of mixture onto each cracker or bread slice.

Place on 13x9 glass baking dish.

Cover & broil 1.5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Garnish as desired.
