2 small pkg cream cheese (3 oz each)
1 c sour cream
1 T green onion, chopped
few drops of hot sauce (I use Frank's)
1/2 t paprika
1 envelope (3 T) dry Ranch dressing mix
6-8 oz crabmeat, drained & picked
s & p to taste
Beat cream cheese & sour cream until well blended.
Blend in remaining ingredients, except crabmeat, salt & pepper.
Stir in crabmeat. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt & pepper.
Chill until serving time and serve with crackers.
