8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 T lemon juice
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 jar (12 oz) chili sauce
2 T fresh horseradish
1 can crabmeat, drained & picked
Blend cream cheese, lemon juice & Worcestershire sauce. Spread cream cheese mix on an 8 in round glass pie dish.
Mix chili sauce with horseradish and spread chili sauce mixture over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle crabmeat on top of chili mixture.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
(Cook's Note: Want something even faster & easier? Take a block of cream cheese and put it on a serving platter. Top with crabmeat. Top with chili sauce mixed with horseradish. Voila! )
