1 can (7-8 oz) crabmeat
1 can cream of mushroom soup (reduced fat is o.k!)
1/2 c seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c mayo
Tabasco to taste
Cajun seasoning (or my preference, Old Bay!) to taste
pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into lightly greased 1 - 1.5 quart casserole baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or until hot & bubbly.
