Crab Puffs: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 15 Apr 2016 Ingredients:

1 can crabmeat, drained & picked
1/2 t onion salt
1 c mayo
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

party rye bread

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingredients (except bread) and mix well.

Place party rye bread on cookie sheet and top with crab mixture. Broil until puffed & golden.

Serve immediately.

(Cook's note: Keep a watch over the stove when broiling food!)
