8 yellow squash, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
1-lb hot pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-lb Velveeta cheese

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Boil squash, onion & salt. Cook til tender; drain.
3. Brown sausage; drain.
4. Combine all ingredients & stir till melted.
5. Pour in 13x9 dish.
6. Bake 35-45 minutes.
7. Serve with warm tortillas.
