1/2 c chopped onion
1/3 c lime juice
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 t ground cumin
1 t dried oregano
1/2 t dried thyme
1/4 t ground red pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 T chopped fresh cilantro
Combine onion, lime juice & garlic in food processor; Process until minced. Transfer to sealable food storage Baggie. Add cumin, oregano, thyme & pepper; Knead until blended. Place chicken in bag; press out air & seal. Turn to coat, refrigerate & marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Spray grill grid with nonstick spray & prepare grill for direct cooking. Place chicken on grill, 3-4 inches from hot coals. Grill 5-7 minutes on eac side or until no longer pink in center.

Serve garnished with cilantro.
