1 c Bisquick Heart Smart Pancake & Baking Mix
2/3 c skim milk
1/2 c reduced calorie breakfast syrup
1 large ripe banana, chopped into small pieces
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly mist a 24 count mini muffin pan with Pam.
2. In large bowl, stir Bisquick, milk & syrup.
3. Divide batter evenly in prepared muffin tin cups.
4. Sprinkle banana pieces over tops of each muffin cup.
5. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
