12 oz ground beef
1 c onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14oz) can green chilies
1 T chili powder
1 T yellow mustard
1 t sugar
1 t paprika
1 t Worcestershire
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t celery seed
1/2 t each, salt & pepper
1. Cook ground beef, onion & garlic in frying pan; Drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients & bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, 20 minutes.
