2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls, each biscuit cut into 9 pieces.
1 c brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 t vanilla
1T cinnamon
2c apples, chopped
2T butter
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla & cinnamon and set aside.
In pan, melt 2T butter; Add apples & brown sugar and cook till softened.
Place cut biscuits in greased pan. Pour egg mixture on top.
Add apples and bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Drizzle icing diagonally over cake. Serve with ice cream.
