1box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole corn, drained
1can cream of corn
1 stick of butter, melted
2 eggs
1 c sour cream

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients. Bake covered, 45-60 minutes.

(This recipe has been around for a long time and was on the back of the Jiffy box! It's still a favorite of ours.)
