1 box Angel Food cake mix (Important: use the kind that the only ingredient you mix the Angel Food cake with is water!)
1 box of cake mix (your choice, any flavor)

Cooking Instructions:

Mix Angel Food cake mix with cake mix of choice. Store in sealed baggie or container.

When ready to make an individual cake, Mix together:

3 T cake mix
2 T water
Microwave 1 minute! ( I use a small styrofoam cup, but you can also use a shallow microwave proof coffee cup or mug)

Eat plain or top with whipped cream or canned frosting. ( I like cream cheese frosting!)

Store remaining dry mix until next use.

Cook's note: I've used carrot, red velvet, pineapple, lemon, orange, spice, chocolate & German Chocolate cake mixes! Great treat at the office!)
