1.5 c packed brown sugar
2/3 c cream
1/9 t salt
2 T butter
1.5 c pecans
In 3 qt casserole dish, mix brown sugar, cream, salt & butter.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes; Stir.
Cook 4-5 more minutes to soft ball stage (238 degrees on a candy thermometer); Add pecans.
Cool 1 minute and then beat until creamy (about 3 minutes).
Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
