1 tray of small dinner, Hawaiin or slider rolls
3 c cooked chicken
1/3 c barbeque sauce
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
6 pepperjack cheese slices
1/4 c melted butter
fresh parsley
1. Slice rolls, if not already presliced.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Mix chicken with onion and barbeque sauce.
4. Lay the bottom rolls in a casserole or baking dish.
5. Spoon chicken mixture onto each roll.
6. Place tops on chicken mixture.
7. Brush rolls with melted butter; sprinkle on parsley.
8. Bake 20 minutes.
