1 tray of dinner, Hawaiian or slider rolls
2-lb hamburger
2 t each, salt & pepper
2 t garlic powder
6 slices of cheese
1/2 c chopped sweet onion
1/4 c butter, melted
sesame seeds (optional)
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Mix hamburger, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
3. Pat hamburger into a casserole dish.
4. Bake for 20 minutes & drain.
5. Place bottom buns in a separate casserole dish; Turn the entire sheet of cooked hamburger onto the buns.
6. Add onions on top; Add cheese slices on top of onion.
7. Place bun tops over cheese.
8. Brush buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
