Upside Down Horseradish Pickles: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 31 Mar 2015 Ingredients:

1 jar (46 oz) whole dill pickles, drained
2.5 c sugar
6 T Apple cider vinegar
1 t celery seed
2 T prepared horseradish sauce
1 small onion, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Slice pickles and return them to the jar.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pickles.
Turn jars upside down and store in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Cook's note: Do NOT use metal spoons or containers! Vinegar reacts with metal!)
