1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1-20oz can of whole pineapple slices, juice reserved & pineapple cut into halves
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 box yellow cake mix
1 - 3.4 oz box vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1/3 c veggie oil
1/3 milk, plus more if needed
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with Pam.
2. Evenly pour melted butter into bottom of bundt pan. Top with brown sugar & lightly blend with butter.
3. Alternate pineapple halves between cherries and place the pineapple so that it stands.
4. In large bowl, combine cake and pudding mix; Add reserved pineapple juice. Add eggs and veggie oil. Mix until well blended.
5. Pour batter evenly over pineapple and cherries in bundt pan.
6. Bake 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes before running a knife around edges of inner ring. Invert onto platter. Slice between pineapple rings.
