1½ cups pecan halves
1 Tbsp. salted butter
3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1. Line a sheet pan with wax or parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Melt the butter over medium-high heat. Stir in the pecans with a wooden spatula.
3. Add sugar and stir constantly for two minutes.
4. Spread candied nuts out on waxed paper. Use the spatula to separate them so they are not touching. When completely cooled store in a airtight container.
