2 packages cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
2 T dry onion soup mix
1 c cooked, chopped ham
1 c shredded swiss or cheddar (4 oz)
1/2 c minced fresh parsley
In small bowl, beat the 1st 3 ingredients with mixer. Stir in ham & cheese. Form into a ball or into plastic lined mold. Roll in parsley.
Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers.
