Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

1 package of peanut butter cookie mix
36 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare cookie mix according to package directions. Using a small scoop, roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place balls in greased miniature muffin cups. Press evenly onto bottom and sides of each cup.
3. Bake cookies for 11-13 minutes until set.
4. Immediately place a peanut butter cup into each cookie cup and press down gently.
5. Cool for 10 minutes and carefully remove from pan. (Makes 3 doz)

(Cook's note: Be sure to remove the wrapper from the peanut butter cups! Remember peanut butter kisses? Made with Hershey kisses in the middle? Well, the first time I made them, the directions didn't say anything about unwrapping the kisses! Yep...you guessed it! )
