2/3 c. flour
1 t each of fried sage, basil and seasoned salt
1 chicken, cut up
¼ c. butter
2 c. chicken broth
Combine four with seasonings and coat chicken.
In skillet, melt butter & brown chicken on all sides. Transfer to a Pam sprayed crock pot.
Add ¼ c. flour to skillet & stir till smooth. When bubbly, add chicken broth & boil 1 min.
Pour over chicken in crock pot.
Cook 2-2.5 hours on high.
