2 T sugar (for pan prep)
1/2 t ground cinnamon (for pan prep)
3 c flour
1/2 t salt
21/2 t baking powder
2 c sugar
1 c veggie oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c orange juice
2 t vanilla extract
1 (21 oz) can Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Pie Filling

Optional Citrus Glaze:
1 c 10x sugar
1 T orange juice

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour a 10-in bundt pan.
2. Mix 2 T sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle mixture over bottom & sides of pan.
3. Combine flour, salt, baking powder & sugar in large bowl.
4. Stir in oil, eggs, orange juice, apples and vanilla; mix well.
5. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
6. Bake uncovered 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Invert onto serving plate.
7. Drizzle with glaze, if desired.

Instructions for optional glaze:
Beat 10x sugar and orange juice for 1 minute, or until smooth. Add additional orange juice by the teaspoon for desired consistency to drizzle on top of cake.
