Crock Pot Dilly Beef: Submitted by: Vickie | Date Added: 1 Apr 2015 Ingredients:

1 (24oz) jar dill pickle Spears, with liquid

2 – lb chuck roast

Pepper to taste


Cooking Instructions:

Place roast in slow cooker & pour entire contents of pickles (including juice) over beef. Cover & cook on low 10 hours. Season with pepper.

Serve on buns and top with coleslaw.
