For the salad:
1-lb fresh spinach
2 grapefruit, sectioned
1 small sweet onion, sliced

For the dressing:
2 T honey
2 T vinegar
1/4 c evoo

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over mixed salad ingredients.
