1.5 c. sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t Tabasco sauce
1 lb crab meat
1 large can of artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c fresh Parmesan cheese
1 t fresh dill
1. Finely grate the Parmesan.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
3. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
4. Serve with crackers.
