1.5 c Greek yogurt
1.5 c mayo
1T grated garlic or 2T minced garlic
2 T fresh dill
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Dash of sea salt and black pepper
1 whole cucumber, peeled (I leave a little skin for color), halved,
deseeded & coarsely chopped
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill several hours before serving
